TERMS OF SERVICE

General information

  • Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

  • By commissioning me, you accept my TOS

  • Please inquire in advance whether I accept current orders. This is usually stated on my website. If I accept orders you are welcome to contact me via contact form or email.

  • If I don't accept any orders at the moment, you are welcome to register on my list by using the contact form. You will then be contacted automatically by mail as soon as places are available again.

  • It is currently not possible to be placed on a waiting list.

Drain

  • If I accept orders at the moment, please contact me via contact form or email. You should include the following information:

    • Full name

    • Method of payment (Paypal or Bank Transfer)

    • Name of the Twitch channel (if available)

    • exact description of the order (screen, emotes, panels, illustration etc.)

    • Reference pictures (if available)

  • As soon as I accept your request, I will send you a quote. 

  • After accepting the quote, I will make a rough sketch for you. I reserve the right to request an advance payment for the sketches. These costs will be deducted from the total price upon release. If there is no release, I retain this part of the payment as expense allowance.

  • After the creation of the sketches you have the possibility to express small change requests. If it is necessary to create a completely new sketch, this will be charged additionally.

  • As soon as you have approved the sketches, I will send you an invoice via Paypal, which must be paid within a short period of time. After you have received the invoice and paid in full, I will start the final work on your order. Changes are then only possible by arrangement and in connection with additional costs. I reserve the right to reject any changes.

  • If you are unable to pay the invoice within this period, the order will be cancelled automatically.

  • After the order has been finalized by me, only small change requests are possible (e.g. colour changes etc.). For larger changes there will be additional costs.

Payment and refund

​

  • I only accept Paypal and Banktranfer as a means of payment and will be billed in Euro or CHF depending on the country.

  • Paypal transaction fees of 3.9% and any exchange rate fees of 4% are not included in the price and will be added additionaly on top of the price.

  • Refunds are possible as follows:

    • Termination after the sketch - no refund of the down payment

    • After I have started with the final order - 50% refund

    • After the order has been completed - no refund possible

  • I have the right to cancel and refuse the order without giving a reason. The entire payment so far will be refunded.

Files and rights of use

​

  • The final file will be sent to you by e-mail as JPEG or PNG. Larger files will be sent by WeTransfer.

  • All orders are for personal use only. Emotes, badges and all graphics and illustrations may not be used for commercial purposes such as merchandise.

  • For a commercial use there are additional usage fees, which are calculated according to the extent.

  • I have the right to use all images for my personal purposes, e.g. for my portfolio.

  • I can use all the images for Patreon Rewards
